Job Description
BI COMMUNICATIONS seeks a full-time Female Customer Service and Sales Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in automotive sales, dealerships, or services. The role manages inbound and outbound inquiries, assesses customer needs, recommends automotive solutions, generates and follows up leads, closes sales, maintains records and reports, coordinates with internal teams, and meets monthly targets.
- Qualifications: 1–3 years relevant experience.
- Skills: excellent communication, negotiation, customer handling, and problem-solving; proficient in MS Office and basic CRM.
- Schedule: rotational in-person; competitive salary plus incentives.
- Preference given to candidates located near Gulberg Greens.
