Job Description
AGILE HR seeks a full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead bakery sales within assigned zones. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of bakery products, pricing strategies, and market positioning, conduct weekly competitor and market analyses, and achieve sales targets through effective team leadership and coordination. Responsibilities include daily cash audits, expense and shrinkage control, sales-data analysis, promotional planning, quality audits, weekly activity planning, resource optimization, branch visits, audit coordination, and timely resolution of operational issues. The role requires preparing and presenting regular reports, insights, and recommendations to management.
Compensation: Rs100,00–Rs120,00 per month. Work location: On-site (in person).
