Job Description
AS Aura seeks a Conversational AI Developer to design, develop, and optimize intelligent chat and voice/calling bots for enhanced customer engagement. The role involves building AI-driven chatbots, integrating with CRMs, APIs, and platforms such as Dialogflow or Twilio, refining NLP models and conversation flows, and monitoring performance to drive continual improvement.
Qualifications include proven experience in chatbot and voice-bot development, solid expertise in NLP/AI/ML, familiarity with Dialogflow, Twilio, or similar platforms, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. This is a full-time remote position (8:00 AM–4:00 PM). Competitive compensation: Rs40,00–Rs60,00 per month, within a flexible, growth-oriented environment.
