Job Description
Jazz Mosafir seeks a professional CSR Executive to manage tele-sales, lead generation, and high-quality customer support. Responsibilities include making and receiving calls, qualifying leads, supplying accurate product and ticketing information, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets.
- Requirements: 1–3 years in customer sales; knowledge of travel industry trends and ticketing; demonstrated sales results; excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in travel and tourism sales preferred.
- Employment: Full-time, in-person.
