Job Description

Xtel G Solutions seeks a native Arabic-speaking Customer Support Executive for in-person, full-time work in Johar Mor, Karachi. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, email, live chat, and WhatsApp, resolve international customer issues professionally, maintain accurate records, and meet customer satisfaction KPIs. Applicants should have 6–12 months of call center experience (international campaigns preferred), native proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking), and familiarity with common communication tools.
