Job Description
Barqtron Engineering Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to the CEO. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support, ensuring seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedules.
- Handle confidential communication and correspondence.
- Draft and edit reports and presentations.
- Plan domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-4 years as a personal or executive assistant.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
