Job Description
UNITED TOWEL EXPORTERS PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring an HR Officer. We are looking for proactive candidates with a BBA/MBA from a leading HEC recognized university. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Core HR operations including Employee Database Management and Talent Acquisition.
- Oversee attendance and leave management systems.
- Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Support employee relations and performance management.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
