Job Description
Red Point Builders and Developers is seeking a dedicated Building Admin Officer to oversee all aspects of building management. The successful candidate will be responsible for building maintenance and operations, cleaning management, resident and visitor interaction, complaint handling, and various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business administration or management, 2+ years of experience in building management, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office and property management software. We’re looking for someone with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
