Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries through our ticketing system, diagnosing problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer queries via our ticketing system.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
