Job Description
A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Customer Services Representative. Responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
- Age limit: 18 – 35 years
- Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years, including work with UK-based companies
Salary: Rs45,00 – Rs60,00 with incentives up to Rs15,00.
Shifts: Rotational shifts (morning, evening, night) for males; morning shift for females. Work from home options available post-probation.
