Job Description
ABS is seeking a skilled HR Assistant to oversee our recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing competitive compensation and benefits packages, implementing performance reviews, and developing fair HR policies to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Design and manage compensation & benefits packages.
- Implement performance management processes and track progress.
- Develop and enforce HR policies.
- Utilize effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee daily HR operations and review HR technology.
Shift Hours: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Location: Block 13-C, Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi

Requirements
