Job Description
Join the Falaknaz Group of Companies as a Customer Care Officer! You will respond to client inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain strong client relationships. Assist with property viewings, leasing, and provide post-sale support. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for maintaining records in our CRM systems and collaborating with our sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and previous customer service experience in real estate is a plus. Full-time position located opposite Malir Cantt Main Jinnah Avenue Road, Karachi. Monthly salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs55,00.00.
