Overview:
Interactive Outsourcing Solutions is seeking experienced and fresh Call Center Agents for a US-based campaign. Your role will focus on assisting customers through phone calls by identifying their needs and providing clear solutions. Ideal candidates should be motivated communicators who thrive in both team settings and independently.
Requirements:
- Fresh or 1-2 years of experience
- Intermediate/O-A Levels or above
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month with additional perks like bonuses and medical insurance.
Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
