Job Description
JT Call Centre Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Urdu Call Agent to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with orders, tracking, and billing.
- Meet and exceed sales and satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; associate’s or bachelor’s preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment.
