Job Summary:
FutureVision360 LLC is looking for a skilled International Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional service for customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and can manage high-volume calls professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Proven experience in customer service, preferably internationally.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
