Job Description
About the role: TruckItIn is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administration Executive to join our team in DHA II Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office operations and supporting management.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee office facilities and maintenance.
- Handle administrative tasks and manage central services.
- Source supplies and manage vendor relationships.
- Coordinate timely deliveries and maintain quality service.
- Manage office budgets and inventory.
- Assist with office relocations.
Requirements: 1 year of experience in administration, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
