Job Description
Amigos BPO is seeking a dedicated CSR Specialist to develop, implement, and monitor our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. This role ensures our projects align with business objectives and meet stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement CSR strategies and programs.
2. Conduct needs assessments and engage with stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with internal teams such as communications and sustainability.
4. Manage CSR budgets and provide reporting.
5. Ensure compliance with CSR-related regulations and standards.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR programs.
