Job Description
Ibees Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative for our Packaging project aimed at an international audience. This full-time, night shift position involves managing incoming inquiries, generating sales leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, collaborating with estimation and design teams, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication skills and a graduation degree are required. Prior experience in packaging is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Location: MM Alam Road, Lahore | Hours: 8 PM to 5 AM | Salary: Rs50,00 – Rs75,00 per month (excluding commissions)
