Job Description
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift (US Business Hours)
Compensation: Competitive Salary + Incentives
We are looking for a Verifier to join Thrive360’s US Home Warranty Campaign. You will verify customer details, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Verify customer information and eligibility for home warranty services.
- Conduct follow-up calls and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Update CRM software and collaborate with the sales team.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of BPO experience preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
