Job Description

Allied Consultants is seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent while ensuring a streamlined recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities: Source candidates for technical roles, collaborate with hiring managers, manage the recruitment cycle, and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Requirements: 1 year of experience in technical recruitment, familiarity with IT roles, strong sourcing skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month | Location: In person
