Job Description
We are ibex, seeking a Customer Support Executive to serve as a liaison between our customers and clients. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, managing orders, and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain records of interactions.
- Ensure follow-up for First Contact Resolution.
