Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries and requests.
- Build relationships with customers to enhance service competitiveness.
- Communicate issues back to customers and resolve them efficiently.
- Ensure a positive Customer Experience leading to a high Quality Assurance (QA) Score.
Requirements:
- A Levels/Intermediate or above.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- American or neutral accent.
Salary: Up to 75,00/- with Medical Facility.
Working Hours: US timings (5 Days a week).
