Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our ACA campaign for a leading telecommunications company. This full-time position offers a base salary of up to $100,00 plus bonuses.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in BPO/Call Center roles
- Proven skills in team building, coaching, and leadership
- At least 6 months in a similar leadership position
- Experience in managing agents
- Campaign Focus: ACA, Medicare, or any US-based campaign
