Job Description
WBM PVT LTD, a leading manufacturing and retail business, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are dedicated to providing innovative and organic products with a commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls professionally to provide product information.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions.
- Address customer requests through follow-ups.
- Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments.
Requirements:
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Must own a laptop.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; interns with call center experience welcome.
Salary: Rs40,00 – Rs50,00 per month (night shift only).
