Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via calls and social media, providing accurate service information.
- Prepare quotes, manage scheduling, and collaborate with operational teams.
- Address inquiries promptly through social media and phone.
- Document customer interactions in CRM.
- Work closely with team members to enhance customer service.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- 1 year of call center experience mandatory.
- Bachelor’s preferred; must be fluent in English.
