Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide detailed knowledge of our products.
Key responsibilities include processing orders, keeping records of interactions, and managing junior representatives. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in customer service are preferred. This full-time position offers a salary range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month, located in person.
