Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Technician to deliver exceptional frontline technical support to our employees. In this role, you will assist staff with hardware, software, and network-related challenges, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with technology-related issues
- Report network disruptions and server downtimes
- Troubleshoot system errors and failures efficiently

Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Mac and Windows operating systems
