Candidates should possess 6-12 months of experience with VOIP technology and ViciDial. Your responsibilities will include providing VOIP support, monitoring and maintaining infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with various teams.
Qualifications: Candidates must have a foundational understanding of VOIP technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
