Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual with exceptional communication skills and fluency in English to support our projects in the USA and the UK. The ideal candidate will possess relevant packaging experience.
Key responsibilities include managing calls, chats, and emails, generating sales inquiries, and collaborating with the estimation team to ensure timely quotes. Strong customer service skills are essential, including the ability to handle complaints and guarantee prompt deliveries.
This position requires working hours from 8 PM to 5 AM, with weekends off. The salary ranges from Rs30,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month.
