Job Description
Grey Technologies is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will deliver outstanding service and support, significantly enhancing customer experiences with our products and services. Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries through phone, email, and chat, diagnosing and resolving various issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, exceptional communication skills, and ideally some prior experience in customer support. This full-time, on-site position is based in Gullberg 2, Lahore, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
