Job Description
The Key Accounts Executive plays a vital role in managing and nurturing relationships with our most valued clients. This position focuses on understanding client requirements, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to stimulate revenue growth. As the main point of contact, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our key clients.
Key Responsibilities: Develop strong client relationships, identify upselling opportunities, implement revenue growth strategies, ensure customer satisfaction, monitor account metrics, create account plans, negotiate contracts, and address any issues that arise.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, 2-5 years of experience in account management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
