Job Description
Comtanix, a rapidly growing BPO (not a call center) located in Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi, is seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our expanding team. Ideal candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be capable of engaging effectively with customers in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through outbound calls and emails.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Utilize CRM systems to monitor sales activities.
- Meet quarterly sales targets.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, and fluency in English are essential.
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month. Shift hours: 7 PM – 4 AM.
