Job Description
IT Empire is looking for a highly motivated CRM Manager to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be charged with developing and executing CRM strategies, maintaining accurate and current customer data, analyzing customer information for effective segmentation, and streamlining CRM automation and sales processes.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline, along with 6 months to 1 year of experience in CRM management or administration. Proficiency in CRM systems, strong data analysis skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this position.
