Job Description
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is on the hunt for a highly skilled candidate for the role of Assistant Manager Recruitment in our Human Resources Department. This position is based at our head office in DHA Phase 8, Karachi.
Position: Assistant Manager, Human Resources
Qualifications: BBA/MBA
Experience: 3-5 years in technical recruitment
Salary: Rs 70,00 – Rs 90,00 per month
Software: Paypeople
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including onboarding and staffing needs.
- Craft and publish technical job descriptions.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills.
- Demonstrate significant expertise in technical recruitment.
- Possess the technical knowledge necessary to understand job requirements for various technical roles.
