Job Description
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for the position of Operations Supervisor for our upcoming Mega Mall project in Karachi.
Position: Operations Supervisor – Mega Mall
Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
Salary: 45,00 – 50,00 PKR per month
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in retail management
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and workflow
- Delegate tasks to staff members
- Manage attendance and overtime records
- Coordinate school and birthday events
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
