Job Description
A.R.Brothers is actively searching for a confident and articulate female Call Centre Agent to enhance our customer support team. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of both on-site and remote work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach for managing inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers professionally over the phone.
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and sales initiatives.
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Consistently meet performance metrics.
Requirements: Only female candidates will be considered. Previous call centre experience is preferred.
