Job Description
Aala Tech Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our management team. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of administrative expertise, foundational IT knowledge, and exceptional organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and updating company documents
- Maintain sales folders and associated documentation
- Input data into Odoo (ERP system)
- Offer basic IT support as needed
- Oversee office maintenance and manage supplies
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
