Job Description
AAM Feast is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to elevate our guests’ experiences. The GRO will play a vital role in providing outstanding service, addressing inquiries, and fostering positive guest relations from check-in to check-out.
Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing reservations, resolving complaints, and collaborating with staff to ensure timely service delivery. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), proven experience in customer service, and exceptional communication skills.
