Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Interact with customers to provide and process information about products and services.
- Collaborate to build strong relationships, enhancing service competitiveness.
- Communicate with customers to promptly track and resolve service-related issues.
- Ensure a positive customer experience, leading to an excellent Quality Assurance score.
Requirements include: A Levels/Intermediate or above, excellent English communication skills, and an American or neutral accent.
Salary is up to Rs75,00.00 per month, with medical facilities provided. Work schedule is US timings, five days a week.
