Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a talented Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to join our team. This is an onsite position with flexible timings available (Morning, Evening, and Night).
Responsibilities:
- Manage international customer service inquiries via phone and email.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- Intermediate or fresh candidates with up to 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Experience in international customer support or call center is a plus.
