Job Description

Abacus Outsourcing is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager for Training to lead learning initiatives within our expanding BPO/Call Center operations. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement effective training programs aimed at enhancing agent performance, improving customer experience, and aligning with our organizational objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include leading training sessions for new hires, conducting ongoing development programs, performing Training Needs Analysis (TNA), driving training KPIs, coaching trainers, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a cohesive learning environment.

Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of experience in Training & Development within a BPO setting, along with strong facilitation and coaching skills.
