Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is hiring a full-time Customer Support Officer. Minimum qualification: intermediate education. The role involves managing and processing support tickets, coordinating with internal teams to resolve inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Schedule: 8-hour rotational shifts (morning, evening, night)
- Requirements: basic English, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations, and flexibility to work all shifts
- Familiarity with social media tools and adherence to customer service ethics
- Salary: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month; on-site position
