Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced HR Executive to lead our recruitment, employee development, and performance management initiatives at ABS. You’ll play a vital role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring HR practices align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage compensation and benefits packages.
- Oversee performance reviews and recruitment.
- Develop HR policies for compliance.
- Identify training needs and organize development programs.
- Manage HR budget adhering to labor laws.
- Handle employee grievances and assess HR software solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven HR leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and communication skills.
Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM | Location: Block 13-C, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- No Criminal Record
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
