Job Description

Salary: PKR 45,00–50,00/month + Uncapped Incentives + PKR 3,00 Attendance Allowance
Shift Options:
- 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT
- 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow company quality and compliance standards.
Requirements: Candidates must be fluent in English, possess basic computer skills, be available for night shifts, and be committed to ongoing training.
