Job Description
Position: Customer Service Agent
Salary: PKR 45,00 – 50,00/month with uncapped incentives
Locations: Gulshan-e-Iqbal & Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (On-site)
Shift Options: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Mon-Sat)
Potential Earnings: Up to PKR 200,00/month!
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage international customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
– Keep detailed records of all interactions.
– Maintain high-quality service standards.
Requirements:
– Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
– Basic computer and typing skills.
– Availability for night shifts (Mon-Sat).
– Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.
