Job Description
Join ABS International as a Night Shift Call Quality Analyst at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13C office in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 45,00 to PKR 50,00 per month, with a work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT. You will be responsible for monitoring customer interactions to enhance performance metrics and ensure the delivery of exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct over 50 call evaluations weekly.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as FCR and CSAT.
- Provide constructive feedback to agents.
- Maintain thorough and audit-ready documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of QA experience in call centers.
- Proficiency in NiceCXone or Calabrio software.
- Fluency in both English and Urdu.
