Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and HR databases.
- Process payroll and manage benefits administration efficiently.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding documentation.
- Ensure compliance with EOBI and Sindh labor laws.
- Generate HR metrics and operational reports for analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations.
- Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS systems.
- Understanding of labor compliance standards.
- Able to work night shifts from Monday to Saturday.
