Job Description
ABS Technology is seeking a proactive Call Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic creative department. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold high quality standards and generate insightful reports.
Key Responsibilities: Establish quality procedures, define requirements, enforce standards, and identify training needs.
