Job Description
Achha Foods is currently seeking a full-time Senior IT Executive to oversee our IT infrastructure, deliver software and ERP support, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Installing and maintaining both hardware and software systems.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting network issues effectively.
- Providing technical support for industry-specific software used in dairy operations.
- Maintaining databases and generating Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Conducting training sessions for staff on IT systems.
- Implementing and managing cybersecurity protocols to safeguard our information.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in IT support within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment is required. Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
