Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented General Accounting Associate to support daily bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close activities. The successful candidate will process invoices, prepare journal entries, assist with audits, and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience; familiarity with QuickBooks or ERP systems
- Strong Excel skills and basic understanding of GAAP
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
